MY MALUA | an architects own beach house

Welcome to MY MALUA... this little gem has been beautifully renovated to provide a beach escape for my family... and I'd love to share it with you and yours! Catch glimpses of the breaking surf through the gum trees, spill out onto the back deck and into the garden and make yourself at home over two comfortable levels of living spaces. Fresh, contemporary and insanely beautiful... a short walk to the water and to amazing coffee... you'll enjoy a perfect holiday here. The space When you stay at MY MALUA you’ll have the whole house and garden to yourselves. There is parking on site as well as plenty of on-street parking. We welcome families and their well behaved (and fully house-trained) fur-babies, and the rear garden is fenced. It is worth noting that the internal spiral stair case and open balustrade to the rear deck might be an issue for young children and dogs, and adult supervision is required. Other things to note Excitingly, My Malua was awarded the winner of the NSW Institute of Architects (Country Division) award for Residential Architecture - Alterations and Additions 2022! The jury noted that it is a “celebration of architecture in a small community” and that it is a “humble and beautifully executed renovation of a tired beach house”.
