With special facilities as swimming pool , wifi , etc. Other things to note For short-term stays (1-7 days) - Accommodation insurance is 2,000 baht.(refund after check out) - Smoking is allowed only outside the building. - Can make a noisy party only outside the building no later than 22.00 hrs. The building can be organized throughout But must not disturb neighbors - Stop using the amplifier. Or make a loud noise Especially outside the building. - Cleaning dishes, bowls, forks and kitchen utensils. - Use water and electricity economically. - Keeping all appliances and equipment in the house in their original condition. - Pet has additional charge small size 600 baht/pet/night , large size 1,000 baht/pet/night.
