Bright Nature Oasis by the Historic Village!

Nestled in a tree filled oasis on .75 acres, just a 5 minute walk from the historical Village of Arroyo Grande. Our property is the perfect get away from the bustle of life and into nature without being too far away from everything the central coast has to offer. Our bright, cheery, one bedroom guest quarters is the perfect place to rest while you enjoy all of the great things to do on the central coast. Minutes from shopping, restaurants, wine tasting, beautiful beaches and hiking trails. The space Our 390sf guest space has been recently updated with new floors, Restoration Hardware lighting fixtures, furniture and crisp clean farmhouse aesthetic. It is the perfect size for two people. The living area has a bistro table, cozy seating area with fireplace style heater and Direct TV with premium channels including HBO, Starz and Cinemax. The bedroom area has a king size bed, luggage racks, iron, bath robe and other amenities for your convenience. The kitchenette has pots and pans, cutlery, silverware, plates, cooking utensils and some condiments. We have tried to stock it with everything you would need to cook a light meal. We also provide light breakfast items such as oatmeal and bars, coffee, tea and snacks. The compact bathroom is also stocked with hair dryer, curling and flat irons, first aid kit and other toiletries. *The shower is a stall type shower and is quite small. It is tight in there. We are working on remodeling the bathroom in the near future to make more room in the shower!* Our yard is filled with fruit trees, flowers and a seating area for you to enjoy wine or coffee as you relax. We have lots of wildlife as our property backs up to a creek. *Note the entrance to our space is up a steep staircase so if you have trouble navigating stairs, this might not be the place for you. Guest access The entire guest quarters is part of your space. There is also a grassy area located by the staircase with chairs for you use and enjoy the surroundings. Other things to note ***We are unable to host Service Animals OR Emotional Support Animals at this time.
