You will be welcomed in a recently renovated 1900s house. You can settle into a quiet and warm room adjoining a bathroom. The house is located in the center of Pellerin. Guests can enjoy the banks of the Loire while being 20 minutes from the center of Nantes. Located on the Loire bike route and on the Estuary course. I'm here every other week. Potentially you will have the house to yourself for the price of a room The space The house has three floors. In the basement you will find the laundry room, on the ground floor the common areas, kitchen and living room. Your bedroom is on the first floor as well as the bathroom. A small desk area awaits you in the room. On the top floor is the kingdom of my princess. The house is very bright and well soundproofed. The pellet stove warms the atmosphere as well as your room. And soft lighting makes the place cozy, I think. Guest access You can use the living room and kitchen as well as the outdoor space as you wish. During your stay I am present every other week. Joy, my dog who follows me everywhere, will be there too. She's a very nice golden retriever. Guests can enjoy the entire house at the price of a room. I like simple things and if you prefer to stay quiet don't worry I'm not intrusive Other things to note The living room and bathroom are equipped with Sonos speakers.
