This bright and sunny condo is located on the bus route to Vail/Beaver Creek skiing, and on the walking/biking trail to Avon or Vail. There are three spacious bedrooms, two bathroom (with bath/shower and double sinks). The kitchen has new appliances & plenty of cupboard space. Close to Walmart, City Market and dining and shopping options at Traeger creek (0.3 miles) or Avon/beaver Creek (1 mile). Summer use of Eagle-Vail pool for a minimal fee & will be close to golf, hiking, biking, etc. The space The balcony has a gas BBQ, and is a great area to sit in the summer to watch the birds in the trees or the bikers ride by. There is a ski locker right by the unit, and a new full sized washer and dryer in the unit. Dining table for 6 and a cozy fire place. The condo is on the third floor; two flights of stairs (no elevator). With a private external door, so in these days of not wanting to ‘share’ door knobs, etc. all shared space is outside. Guest access The whole condo is yours; one closet is locked for storage of clean linens, supplies, etc.
