Guesthouse in Little Rock

The carriage house is a beautiful,private one bedroom guest house behind a gated historic mansion located in the Central High/Quapaw Historic District of Little Rock . The carriage house as well as the Main House are listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Close proximity to downtown. The space I will welcome guests with a warm smile and southern hospitality. Guests will be provided with the highest standards of residential stay. An environment of "a home away from home". Art lovers will be fascinated with this space. The walls have "wild" sand painting that is of "gallery" quality. The artist was an Oklahoman who graduated from the Art Institute of Chicago. The space is a cozy one bedroom guest house with one and a half bathrooms; completely furnished with all appliances including a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, stackable washer and dryer, television, cable and a security system. Kitchen equipped with cookware, utensils and dishes.There is a queen size sofa bed in the living room to accommodate additional guests. Guest House is located in the back of the Main Home. Guest house is secured behind an electric gate and privacy fencing. Parking pad within secured area of guest house. Guest access Guests will have full access to the Guest House during stay. Accessibility to park in a large parking pad that is behind an electric wrought iron gate. Guests will be provided with a remote gate opener to drive in and out of gated secured area. Guests will have access to backyard and patio area that is secured behind gate and fence . Other things to note If you are interested in riding a bike around the surrounding area, there are bicycle routes. Also, I have three(3) 7 speed bikes and one(1) 3 speed bike available for guest use at a very minimal cost of $25 per day.
