The Seldovia bear barn is situated right in the town of Seldovia. Walking distance to the stores, restaurants, bars, harbor, beaches and hiking. Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. This is a barn renovated into a rustic one bedroom cabin feeling apartment. We are within Seldovia city limited. Walking distance to restaurants, the bar, the harbor, shopping and beaches. I am almost always around if you need anything. My house is right next door. The Seldovia Slough is a block away. Main Street is about a 5 minute walk. We are right in town, but our property is surrounded by trees on a very quiet street. It gives you the feeling of being in nature while you are close enough to walk around and enjoy all the beauty Seldovia has to offer. Most people who come here just walk around, but golf carts and bicycles are available to rent (seasonally). We have a lot of dogs (like a lot!). We run a dog breeding business. Bonus that we sometimes have lots of puppies around. :-) Our dogs run all over the property. If that makes you uncomfortable, please let me know and we will keep them out of your way.
