Stylish and comfortable with private access and parking along with outdoor deck space with far reaching views. Just a 25 minute walk to Woolacombe village and its award winning golden sandy beach (via the footpath) or a 3 minute drive, approximately 1 mile. The space The Bolt Hole is a newly appointed bright airy open plan space with a private sun terrace. It has a spacious kitchen including bar stool seating area, comfy sofa and footstool, with wall mounted TV. Curtains for added privacy. The bedroom can be reached from the kitchen where there is a sumptuous king sized bed leading to the shower room / toilet and open dressing area with Skylight and blind. The back door leads to steps taking you to the private decking area which is furnished with 2 comfy chairs and a table with a new outdoor ( cold water) shower. There is also a surf board rack and somewhere to hang your wetsuits together with a Triton bike anchor to secure your bikes to. Guest access The Bolt Hole parking is to the right of the main entrance as you leave the road and can be identified by a Bolt Hole parking sign and paint marked area. The Bolt Hole itself can be reached by walking half way up the tarmac drive until you see The Bolt Hole sign on your left, follow the fenced path until you come to the front of the property- Lockbox to the left. Please mind the small steps! Other things to note We will provide, tea, some coffee pods, and sugar. Olive oil, salt, pepper and vinegar. Beach towels, extra blankets and outdoor floor cushions.
