We are located 3 miles from the water. The yard is small, but has room for yard games. We have a nice fire pit but you will have to get your own wood. The home features a very large family room, recently remodeled with a very well stocked kitchen. Outdoor grill for your use. The space Pets are not allowed, no smoking on premises, kids are welcome.
