Beautiful apartment recently renovated in the small village of Riva Trigoso, a charming hamlet of Sestri Levante five minutes by car from the center of the Ligurian town, for a stay dedicated to relaxation and pleasant moments just a few minutes walk from the sea. Ideal starting point for visiting the most famous places on the Riviera such as Portofino and Santa Margherita Ligure, Moneglia, Levanto up to the Cinque Terre reachable in about an hour's drive. Free Wi-Fi. The space Located on the first floor of three of a building NOT equipped with a lift, the apartment opens onto a large living room with a double sofa bed, TV, a console with some games to entertain the younger ones and a dining table for four people. The kitchen, separate from the living room, is equipped with everything you need to cook and store food: stove with burners, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, kitchen utensils and dishes. There is also a washing machine, a table for four people and a second television. In the bedroom you will find a double bed, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe and a bunk bed which brings the available beds in the house to 6, making it comfortable and excellent for groups of friends or families. In the bathroom, recently renovated, there are toilets and a shower. The house is equipped with free WIFI. The AIR CONDITIONING is available in the living room and bedroom to allow our guests a cool and relaxing stay. The bed and bathroom linen is rented from a certified linen company for each stay and is included in the price. The house has a free WIFI service. The accommodation does not have a private parking, so you will need to use the public parking nearby. Pets are accepted with a supplement. Guest access The excellent central location of the accommodation allows you to have everything you need just a few meters from you: in addition to the free equipped beaches or the bathing establishments and the pleasant promenade along the seafront, you will find bars, excellent bakeries, restaurants, supermarkets , tobacconists, pharmacies and shops for all your needs. If you want to explore the beautiful places nearby, in less than an hour and by various means you can visit historic locations and favorite destinations for tourists from all over the world such as Portofino, Santa Margherita Ligure and Cinque Terre, easily reachable by car, train or by sea through special lines of tourist ferries that lead to the wonderful Portovenere. Riva Trigoso is also an ideal destination for lovers of trekking and nature with various paths that wind along the hills and promontories overlooking the sea from which to enjoy incredible views surrounded by the green of the Mediterranean Scrub. The train station is about a kilometer away and therefore makes the apartment convenient even for those traveling by public transport. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Tourist tax In the period from 1 March to 31 October, the municipality of Sestri Levante applies a tourist tax of €2/day per person (up to 10 nights). Minors up to their twelfth birthday are exempt. 2) Additional persons to those declared; we usually charge 20 euros per night for each additional person. 3) Animals; we usually accept small / medium-sized animals and we charge 5 euros per night for each animal. 4) Check-in and Check-out outside these hours (late check-in after 6pm and early check-in before 3pm) permission is often granted, by prior agreement and paying an extra cost to be agreed with the person who will always follow you at starting from 30 euros and up. Journey by public transport From all Milan airports you can use the shuttle buses connecting with the Central Station which are active in each terminal every half hour. Numerous regional or intercity trains depart from the Central Station towards Genoa-La Spezia which stop at the Sestri Levante station (about two and a half hours journey). From here a train leaves every hour that arrives at Riva Trigoso station in three minutes. Otherwise, at the exit of the Sestri station there are buses that in about 15 minutes lead to the stop closest to the apartment (less than 200 meters from the house). From the Galilei airport of Pisa Less than 40 meters from the Passenger Terminal, the new fully automatic and fast People Mover connection is active, with shuttles that directly connect the airport to Pisa Central Station. Operational every day from 6:00 to 24:00 (journey of about 5 minutes) From there it is possible to take a regional or intercity train towards Genoa with a stop in Sestri Levante (an hour and a half journey with intercity, two and a half with regional ones). From the Colombo airport in Genoa With the VolaBus shuttle bus stopping outside the Arrivals area, you can arrive in Genoa Piazza Principe railway station in about 30 minutes.
