This bright and airy 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom bungalow is a perfect home base for visitors who want to explore the South Shore. Newly constructed in 2021 and located in the town of Liverpool, NS. Walking distance to local restaurants, pubs and shops. If you prefer to eat in, this rental offers a full kitchen/dining room, large back deck and BBQ grill. Relax on the back deck in the fully enclosed back yard or recline in front of your favorite movie. A 10-15 min. drive to 3 white sandy beaches! The space Spacious, 1 level, open living area with full kitchen, dining, living, 2 bedrooms (king bed in master suite and queen in guest bedroom), and 2 full bathrooms. Enjoy a large, private back deck with a BBQ. This property boasts a enclosed, large, flat surface for outdoor games. Spacious paved driveway and no steps to climb. Allergy Alert: Although, in general, I don’t permit guests to bring pets, I do have a small (10lb) dog of my own who is there, on the property and in the house, some of the time. The house is thoroughly cleaned throughout in between each guest, however there would still be some chance that someone who was allergic could have a reaction. If you have a small dog, who you'd like to join you during your stay, please contact me prior to booking so that we can discuss. If agreeable that your dog can join you, a $50 cleaning fee would be applied to your total cost, as well as a damage deposit which would be refundable after check-out. A perfectly central location for anyone wanting to enjoy the south shore's beautiful white sandy beaches, rocky coastline trails, or beautiful Pine Grove Park. A 10-15 minute drive will see you at Summerville, Carter's or Beach Meadows Beach. Also, a hop, skip and a jump to Queens Place Emera Centre (hockey tournaments, concerts, fitness center and various other events). I do live in the home in the off-season so you may find personal belongings in some of the closets and drawers. Be rest assured, space for your groceries (dry and refrigerated) and clothing is available and clearly marked "Guest". Please only use the space provided and please be respectful of my things. Please be aware that there is a security camera mounted in the backyard. This camera is simply to ensure that only guests registered to stay in the house are the people staying there and also for packages that are being delivered to the house, for me, during the off-season. It is mounted visibly, attached to the fence. Guest access Enjoy easy parking in the double paved driveway and ground level entry. Located on a quiet residential, closed-end street with very little traffic. A gated back entrance to an enclosed back-yard and deck. Minutes to town on foot, or a hop-skip and a jump by car to 3 lovely white sand beaches. Other things to note There are so many hidden treasures in Liverpool and surrounding areas.
