Whipping Creek Farm B&B - Hot Breakfast!

The Whipping Creek Farm Bed & Breakfast provides a serene setting to get away from the bustle of everyday life. Gladys, VA is a neighbor to quaint Brookneal, VA which is the home to Patrick Henry's Red Hill, small town restaurants, antique shops, an annual striped bass festival, and other local venues. We will always be on site and available to provide insight about our local culture. A hot breakfast, served family style, is included with every day of your stay. The space The Davis Suite is our largest room with a newly-renovated private bath, gas fireplace, and one queen bed. There is also an attached living area with a TV that is available for your relaxation and enjoyment. If you have a party of more than two people, we have additional bedrooms that are available. Just increase the guest count up from two to however many people you have. Additional guests are $75 each. Children 2 and under are free. We have added pictures of those rooms to our photos. For parties greater than four guests, we provide access to a second full bath that is upstairs. The dining area, where you will be served breakfast, opens into our family's kitchen and living room. We hope that you will feel right at home! If you enjoy outside activities, we have a private 9-hole disc golf course and plenty of discs for you to enjoy at your leisure. Our course is easy to maneuver and very suitable for beginners or even first-time disc-golfers :) We also have a lighted patio in the back yard with a Solo Stove that is available for use. Whether you choose to relax on the porch with a book, have a campfire, explore the nearby town of Brookneal, or go for a stroll outside, we hope that you will enjoy every bit of your stay at the Whipping Creek Farm Bed & Breakfast! Guest access Guest parking is right in front of the house. We will be here to greet you when you arrive. During your stay Since we live on-site, we will have interaction with guests upon arrival and will be available to answer any questions or assist with anything our guests might need during their stay. We will also provide a hot breakfast each morning, and we look forward to interacting with and getting to know our guests during this time! We will also provide our phone number upon booking, and you are welcome to call or text at any point before or during your stay. Other things to note We have two Boykin spaniels. We keep the dogs in our part of the house whenever we have guests. However, you may encounter them while you're walking around outside if we happen to have them out for a walk. They are friendly and completely harmless.
