A new kitchen, central air, Dream Cloud mattresses & pillows and a dedicated work space create the perfect retreat. Relax on the screened porch overlooking the woods. 4 miles to Kennebunk Beach and 3 miles to Goose Rocks Beach, this area offers many fine restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, galleries, beaches, golf courses, hiking and more. The space A brand new eat-in-kitchen and fabulous coffee/tea nook with big chairs & bigger windows overlooks the back yard and Rachel Carson Preserve. We have gone to great lengths to furnish sparingly and well, for a feeling of spaciousness and serenity. The screened porch is raised 8 feet or so above grade, which gives the effect of sitting in the trees with the birds. We have accommodation for 4 adults sharing 2 beds. We do not allow for other areas of the house to be used as bedroom space. Guest access Guests have full access to the house and screened porch as well as the front and side yards. No basement access.
