Nestled in a tranquil corner lot of a quiet neighborhood, our cozy cabin is a haven for nature lovers. We are pet friendly and the large backyard provides a safe space for them to roam and play freely. The Maple Ridge Trail system just across the street offers easy access to hiking, mountain biking, and sledding, making it an outdoor enthusiast’s dream - right from your doorstep. Create cherished memories in this cozy retreat, where the beauty of nature meets the comforts of home. The space Cabin Layout: Downstairs: • Large living room with smart tv and gas fireplace • Fully equipped kitchen with eat in dining area • Full bathroom downstairs Upstairs: • Bedroom 1 has a queen bed • Bedroom 2 has a king bed • Bedroom 3 has bunk beds (twin over queen) • Full bathroom upstairs (shared hallway bathroom) Our cabin is equipped with: - outdoor gas grill (propane tanks provided, if running low we will reimburse for the cost to refill them) - Gas Fire Pit - seating area for private gatherings and starry night observations with 5 comfortable Adirondack Deck Chairs. - 60” TV with major streaming services (YouTube TV). - kitchen with quality appliances (Fridge, Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher) • Linens, towels, spa towels are provided. • There's a queen size foldable mattress to use in the living room. • High speed internet (200mbps/download) • Our bathroom has all the necessities; shower, sink, and toilet. We provide fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap. • Kitchen includes pots and pans, bakeware, silverware, microwave. • Washing machine & dryer is available for use (bring your own laundry detergent) • Dog Friendly with a fully FENCED backyard • There is NO central air conditioning (A/C), like many Big Bear homes • Heating available in the house Guest access Guests have private access to the entire property. There is a fenced in backyard and large driveway in the front of the house. Other things to note Max Occupancy: 8 guests Parking: 3 driveway spots, no street parking allowed Dog Friendly! Winter Parking & Snow Removal Information: • We ensure the driveway is plowed before your check-in for easy access. However, if it snows during your stay, guests are responsible for clearing their vehicles using the provided snow shovel. • If you prefer to have the driveway plowed again during your stay, we may be able to arrange it for an additional fee, subject to availability.
