Newly renovated, very clean and convenient studio apartment with a private bathroom and fully equipped kitchen and work space perfect for the tourist or the professional on a business trip. The studio is completely separate from our house with private access in a laneway. The space The studio has been styled with a homey and cosy coastal feel in mind. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen, private laundry and dryer and a 65 inch tv with chrome cast so you can stream anything you want. The studio is just a short 8 min walk from Green square station in a secluded and quiet lane. Please also note that the suburb itself is very safe. It’s made up of majority families and young couples, I understand walking at night alone through the lane way may seem scary but it’s properly lit and safe. Other things to note Please note that the studio is located at the back of our house in its own self contained studio above our garage. While the lane itself has no parking, any of the streets enclosing the lane way do. It’s 2 hours free parking Monday- Friday (8am-6pm) but any other time is unlimited. I would also like to assure you that the area you are booking (Beaconsfield) is very safe. I had 2 female guests saying that it’s a bit scary to walk at night to the studio.
