You have two private entrances off the your patio one for each room, a bath off the hallway, crisp sheets. Both rooms have 42" smart TV's. Serving station=microwave, Keurig coffee machine, refrigerator, paper plates and bowls, plastic utensils, napkins. Not a Kitchen. Private patio has a BBQ with side burner. Only 4 guests max. and 2 cars per city. Palm Springs Lic#3903 The space Inside a custom built Spanish Style 5000 square foot home on 1/2 acre, with an 9 foot deep pool. No main house access.
