This cabin is in our Northern Woods and is secluded and fully furnished. You have all you need. Nothing fancy the cabin is rustic but everything you want in a U.P. experience. We do not have anything fancy but you will have a shower, sink and toilet in the bathroom and the essentials in the kitchen. The floors are real wood planks and the walls are logs. We have a private Lake Michigan beach and lots of hiking trails on our 40 acres. Relax and enjoy your own fire pit and grill. We are only 5 minutes from stores, Mackinac Island ferries, and restaurants. We are close to all Upper Peninsula attractions and yet you will feel like you are in another world of peace and tranquility. You will have your own cabin in the woods. Enjoy! We also have 40 acres of land with trails and a gorgeous, natural Lake Michigan Beach. There is a woodsy playground for the kids as well. There is also a rec room in the front of the resort attached to the house. You can access wifi, videos, books and games there from 9-9. You are 5 minutes from everything you would need but still in the woods and away from it all. There are so many great things to do in our area...Mystery Spot, Mackinac Island, Tahquamenon Falls and Oswald's Bear Ranch, Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore, Sand Dunes Beach, Seney National Wildlife Refuge and more. You could stay 2 weeks and not see half of what the area has to offer. This is a true Upper Peninsula experience! The U.P. is not known for its public transportation. The bus depot is 4 miles away.
