The space Welcome to our newly renovated home, thoughtfully designed to combine modern comfort with a warm, relaxing atmosphere. Whether you're visiting Manchester for work, a family getaway or simply a weekend escape, you'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The spacious living room is perfect for unwinding after a busy day, with comfortable seating, Smart TV, fast Wi-Fi and an electric fireplace for cosy evenings in. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals, including cooking utensils, cookware, oils, spices, tea and coffee, while the dining area provides the perfect space to enjoy meals together. One of the highlights of the property is our private Secret Garden Retreat. Hidden away from the road, it's a peaceful space featuring outdoor sofas, a dining area, BBQ, fire pit and beautiful floral pergola—ideal for relaxing with a morning coffee or enjoying long summer evenings. Sleeping Arrangements Bedroom 1 – King-size bed Bedroom 2 – Single day bed, which can be converted into a King-size bed for two guests on request. The home comfortably accommodates couples, families, friends and business travellers. Families are welcome, and we provide children's toys, books and colouring activities, along with a travel cot, high chair and stair gates upon request. The property is set back from the main road, creating a surprisingly peaceful and quiet place to stay while remaining incredibly well connected. Location Free on-street parking directly outside the property. 4-minute drive (or around a 12-minute walk) to Radcliffe Metrolink, providing easy access to Manchester City Centre and Bury. Approximately 15 minutes to Manchester City Centre by car. Around 10 minutes to Heaton Park. 7 minutes to the M60 motorway. ASDA Superstore and other local shops are just a 2-minute drive away. Having welcomed guests successfully for many years, we've recently completed a full renovation to create a stylish, comfortable space while keeping the welcoming feel that returning guests have always loved. We look forward to hosting you and hope you enjoy your stay. Guest access Guests access the property via five steps leading to the front door. Before arrival, you'll receive a unique access code, allowing you to retrieve the key from the secure key safe at your convenience. The private rear garden can only be accessed from inside the house via the back door. Guests have exclusive use of the entire property and garden throughout their stay. Nothing is shared with anyone else.
