Entire 3-bedroom house with 4 living spaces, lawn, small backyard, and parking on Naggar–Manali Road near Haripur fuel station. Self-catering stay with no on-site caretaker (since Oct 2025). Kitchen available for light cooking (induction only); guests to clean dishes or pay for cleaning on request. Popular cafés like Sunbloom, Kadi Patta, and Himani are within walking distance, some deliver too. Check-in and check-out will be assisted by our friends.  - We do not have stay arrangements for taxi drivers. Kindly arrange the stay outside the property or ask us regarding their stay options in the vicinity.
 - Be respectful to the neighborhood and surroundings; loud music is strictly not allowed. - No smoking or vaping indoors; use the balcony and outside area for smoking. - Due to a smaller electricity connection, we discourage the use of heaters. -In extreme cases, heaters can be provided at an extra cost. -Usage of heaters in wooden houses requires extra care and caution. -Bringing your own heater is not allowed, Fine of INR 1000 if one is found in our house. -You are requested not to leave the room in a disheveled state. - Do not throw blankets on the ground. - Do not leave wet towels on the bed. - Do not leave eatables on the bed. - Do not throw plastic and cigarettes on the property. -In case of any damage to the property by the guests, do inform us instantly. - No bonfires available. - Please follow the check out time strictly. We charge INR 500 per hour post checkout time. - Breaking any of the house rules enables us to cancel your stay instantly. - No money will be refunded in case of cancellations due to breaking the house rules. - Book only if you agree with the terms and conditions above.
