Cozy Room in Vineyard Hill, Fairport NY, BR # 3

Perfect room for rent for two singles or 2 children with the parents renting one of the other bedrooms (see bedroom # 1 and 2) My place is close to parks, has great views, restaurants and dining, and art and culture. You’ll love the kitchen, the high ceilings, the coziness, the location, and the views. My place is good for solo adventurers and business travelers. A family of two adults and two children could rent this room plus one of the other rooms with a queen size bed. The space This room has two single beds. There is a small desk, phone, alarm clock and large closet. Guest access If I am not home to initially greet you there is a lock box on the right hand side of the front door. The code will be given to you before you arrive. Guests will be going in and out of the house through the front door. Other things to note Guests will have access to the entire living areas on the first floor. There will be a shelf for your food in the refrigerator and cupboard space. I will provide clean towels and linens.
