It is very nice corner unit of the apartment with two small balconies. Great breeze and super nice night view. Large living room, great area for kitchen. The area is convenience if you do not go to the city center everyday. Taxi is easy and cost less than 10 dollars to go to the city center. Foods , highend supermarket, nice cafe are in the area of 4 kilometrs away. A fee good cafe in walking distance. Supermarket is across the street. Quiet neighbourhood. Public park is 5 kilometers . Other things to note The monthly rate exclude electricity. Guest will be responsible for the actual use during the stay. Guest will be required to pay a deposit of 3000 bahts at check in. The government rate will be used to calculate the actual use of electricity. The balance of the deposit will be refunded at check out. Daily rate will be applied if guest prefer to include the electricity in the monthly rent.
