Located in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of great shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Minutes from Binghamton University and all area hospitals. The space This 3-bedroom/ 3-bath home has a full kitchen with stackable washer/ dryer, dining space in our "speakeasy," a living room, and a backyard with picnic table and bbq. All bedrooms, as well as the living room, have their own TVs for you to enter your own personal info to stream your favorite movies. Handicap accessibility includes parking, wheelchair lift, private suite with accessible bathroom, and accommodations made in the kitchen and speakeasy for counter height and seating. Guest access You will have the place to yourself when you rent the house, as well as the back yard. The driveway is able to fit 2-3 cars, one in front of the other.
