The space The Les Envers apartment is located in Grand Bornand, on the Route du Chinaillon, just a 5-minute walk from the city center and a 10-minute drive from the slopes. This beautiful duplex apartment for 6 people with garden is located in the "Chalet L'Everest" building. This functional and comfortable apartment is designed in the traditional mountain style. The living room on the ground floor is large and spacious and includes the dining room, living room and kitchen. The living room is comfortable and has a TV with TNT channels and gives access to a large terrace/garden facing south, which runs the entire length of the apartment. This wooden terrace and the lawn area is ideal for basking in the sun with stunning views of the village and its bell tower as well as the magnificent Aravis mountain range! The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, induction cooktop, washing machine and dryer, as well as a large dining table. There are 2 bedrooms in total; one upstairs with 2 single beds (can be pushed together or separated depending on use) and private shower room, and the other downstairs with a bunk bed and 2 single beds (same, they can be pushed together or left separated depending on use) - which overlooks the terrace and garden via a French window. The apartment also has a second bathroom and a separate toilet just next to the bedroom. At the foot of the Everest chalet is the bus stop, which allows you to take either the shuttle that goes down to the village, or the one that goes up to the Chinaillon, towards the slopes. The price includes linens (sheets, towels, tea towels, bath mats - beds made on arrival!). The end of stay cleaning is included however the premises must be left in a correct state (unmade beds, garbage cans taken out, dishwasher emptied etc...) Baby cots and high chairs are available on request. Feel free to ask us.
