Historic Craftsman Hayes Home has been in our family for over (80) eighty years, we are a humble home with hotel qualities, and we take pride in ownership. All we ask is that you treat it with TLC. The space Complete front house and front porch. - Portable Air-Condition unit in the living room -The two bedroom has an Aircondition in the window Guest access Our guest will have access to complete inside of the house, front porch, and front yard. Other things to note We are very flexible, so please feel free to ask question we will try our best to accommodate you. 1. Smoking is allowed on front porch. 2. Check out is at 11 AM. The room gets cleaned at 11:30 AM. Our checking out guest are able to wait down stairs for their rides until 1 PM. 3. If you have a larger group, we have a (1) queen size blow up mattress along with (2) two twin Blow-up mattress. 4. Please Note* Home has No Central Air However, Living room has a portable Air Conditioner Unit which cools off area nicely. Master Bedroom & Downstairs Bedrooms has a window Air Conditioner Unit All other rooms has Fans.
