Perfect for anyone looking to be immersed in nature but still close to the city. The large bedroom with keyed locking door has a queen bed and futon bed, which can comfortably sleep three people. Cable TV with VCR and DVD player, as well as Wi-Fi. Large closet and a luxurious hammock swing. Located on the top floor of the house, along with one other smaller bedroom available for rent. Bathroom, kitchenette and sitting area are also on the top floor and would be shared with other guest(s), if anyone is staying. We live on the main floor, so this upstairs space you would have mostly to yourself. Bathroom, kitchenette and sitting area are shared with guest in adjoining bedroom, if any. Washer and dryer are available in the main floor laundry room, which you are free to use. Kitchenette has a fridge, microwave, toaster oven, hot plate, and coffee maker. We invite you into our home and are available to help make your stay enjoyable in any way that we can! Alpine is a friendly, small town with rural charm and plenty of outdoor opportunities. It's very peaceful and quiet, surrounded by stunning alpine views. There is a local grocery store, Walmart, and plenty of other shops/conveniences within 10 minutes' drive. We have lived here for 11 years and absolutely love it. We're happy to tell you a bit about the history of the town if you're interested! Perfect location for anyone looking to be immersed in nature with easy access to some of the best canyons, lakes, and rivers in Utah, but still be able to find themselves in the vibrant heart of a city in less than an hour.
