Almost 2,000 square feet on one level with no steps. Spread out in the 3 large bedrooms and 2 spacious bathrooms that accommodate up to 10 guests, including two king beds. Enjoy your time with family or friends in the large, open living area. Have a blast competing on the real whiskey barrel style two-person Arcade Game and the Air Hockey Table! Relax in the Hot Tub on the large back deck and enjoy your amazing, up-close view of Cove Mountain! It is dark and peaceful at night, which makes for amazing star-gazing! Newly added patio furniture includes 4 rocking chairs! The home sits on 1.26 acres with a nice, grassy yard and has a large, flat, gravel driveway that easily accommodates trailers, motorcycles, RV's, etc. The spacious Primary Bedroom has a king-sized bed and a huge en suite bathroom with a soaking tub, a stand-up shower, and double sinks. The Secondary Bedroom also has a king-sized bed. It shares a large bathroom with a tub-shower combo with the third bedroom, which has a queen-sized bed and two twin beds. There is a new sectional with sleeper sofa to accommodate 2 additional guests or allow room to spread out! Local Attractions: - Honeysuckle Meadows Community Pool (seasonal) and Fishing Pond (year round) - FREE for my guests - only 1.1 miles away - Smoky Mountain National Park Line Springs Road entrance - 2 miles - Metcalf Bottoms Picnic Area in the Park - 3.3 miles - Foothills Parkway gorgeous scenic drive with overlooks - only 1 mile away - The Hawk Sky Lift - scenic ski lift- 1.5 miles - 5 delicious Local Restaurants and a food truck park - all within 3 miles - 2 Mountain Coasters between WV and PF - 7.5 and 8.5 miles away - Pigeon Forge - 10 miles - Dollywood - 14 miles - Gatlinburg- 15 miles - Townsend, has river tubing - 7 miles - Cades Cove scenic driving loop - 21 miles Guest access The home is conveniently located only about a half mile off of Wears Valley Rd (Hwy 321). The roads are all pretty level and paved. There is plenty of level parking on the large, gravel driveway to fit multiple cars, trucks, or trailers. I have been told it is very easy access for motorcycles as well. Access is via electronic door code, so you can check in at your convenience. Other things to note There is a park style charcoal grill for your use. Charcoal is not provided. Please note there are bears that visit the area, so be cautious when grilling, and be sure to clean the grill after use and not leave any food outside. A starter set of supplies (soap, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry detergent, etc) are provided which should be sufficient for a short stay, but you may need to replenish these supplies during your stay or bring extra from home depending on your usage. Every room has a ROKU enabled TV where you can sign into your subscribed apps. Cable TV is not provided. While visiting, please remember that you are in the mountains and may experience local critters such as bugs, mice, raccoons, and even bears. The house is treated by a pest control company monthly, but that doesn't mean they won't still occasionally stop by for a visit! There have been a couple of bear sightings on the property as well. Please do not leave food outside or in your car, and be sure to keep car doors locked - bears are smart! Sorry, no refunds for nature! There are two Ring motion activated cameras outside at the front and back entrance to ensure the safety of the home and guests.
