Le 88, tiny cottage 20 minutes from Rouen, Dog friendly

Our Normandy annex, renovated in 2021, is ideal for a stopover. The ground floor is refurbished to welcome you to our garden. Designed for 2 people, this accommodation can accommodate 1 child in the sofa bed. 🐶 PET-FRIENDLY🐶 We have dogs, cats & chickens who like to walk and meet our visitors with caution. 🥐 We have one of the best bakeries in France (Maison Vatelier champion 🇫🇷 de brioche) 5 minutes by car (closed on Sunday and Monday). The space This tiny house is detached from mine, so you get your own privacy. 🐕 You do have access to the garden and can walk your dogs. A nice walk around the fields near the house is also enjoyable for your 4 legs friends to stretch their legs after a long journey in the car ! 🍽️ Note that this small house, ideal for a few night stays, does not provide all the equipment of a full house. There is a small dinning table. The bedroom is under the roof (so mind your head if you are really tall). Guest access You have access to the drive to park your car and the garden for your dogs but mind the cats ! You share the same entry gate than me. Other things to note 🇬🇧 My Airbnb seems to be popular with British people as it is on the way to Eurotunnel (1h50 min) and the ferry (2h) 🇬🇧 Its location (near motorway junction: 10 min) makes it a handy stop on your way back to the UK or down to France/south Europe. But shops are not walking distance : car use is compulsory. But my location seems to also be a very handy stop on the way to Britany according to all the German, Dutch, Belgian, and Austrian guests staying with us ! I always leave a little something for guests : either lemonade, apple juice, cider or sweets for your pets. You will find coffee pods (from Normandy) and tea as well. You can request in advance babysitting on site if you are coming with a baby/toddler/infant (extra fees). Possible pet-sitting on site. NB : I can not be taken responsible for power cuts in the event of storms.
