Description

If you follow the Town Creek, you will surely find this little hidden cottage at a corner street. Centrally located at the heart of Abingdon (downtown) and walking distance to all the local favorites. Virginia Creeper trail is less than a 13 minute walk or quick bike ride away. (The Town has a little bit of construction passing my house, you can’t hear in home, only when outside through Aug 27) The space She is 80 years old but she’s got strong bones. Renovated to make you feel like you never left your home with a modern feel. Two bedrooms with a king and queen bed and one bathroom. Both rooms have drawers and area to hang clothes during your stay. Additional blankets in bench storage. Dining room seats six with a espresso mini bar . Living room seating with a tv, Netflix, Hulu or hbo access. Bathroom has a private entrance. Kitchen has all the general essentials and additional items that will make you feel even more at home. Keypad entry into the home. Secure and safe . Basement is under renovation and unavailable at this time. Please enjoy the creek around back. Guest access Parking is located right next to house. You can park up to 4 standard vehicles or one standard RV. Walking distance to all the favorite stops. if you walk over the bridge on the creek right next to the house to Main Street you will find the sweetest coffee shop “Raven” and just behind that is “Wolf Hills Brewery” . If you continue on main street you run into little boutiques and the famous “Tavern”, White Birch, Spring house, 128 pecan, Summers Roof top,The Barter Theater, Martha Washington Hotel and Spa. The best part is if you walk a bit more or take your bikes for less than a mile you will find the entrance of the Virginia Creeper Trail . That alone makes Abingdon that much more special . Please ask me for recommendations or things to do! I’d love to share and make you feel at home. Other things to note We do allow pets . Please inquire about pet fee when booking, it is dependent on length of stay and size of animal.$ 25-100
