Guestroom - trendy & cosy - Adults Only

“Welcome and come in” in our guest room in the region Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis. Our accommodation is located on the famous cycle path Via Claudia Augusta in Tösens, one of the smallest towns in the Tyrolean Oberland and AWAY from the TOURIST CROWDS. In the middle of nature and directly on the Inn, you can enjoy and relax in a trendy and cushy accommodation. The space The guest room in the souterrain offers you: - a trendy bedroom (about 16 m²) with double bed (140 cm x 200 cm), TV and a small sitting area. - a shared bathroom (about 10 m²) with walk-in shower with mountain view, toilet, sink with mirror, hair dryer and towels - a shared small kitchen unit in the hallway with electric hob ( 2 plates), fridge, oven, coffee machine, kettle, coffee and tea. There are in total 2 guestrooms in the souterrain. The small kitchen in the hallway and the bathroom are shared by the guests and will be cleaned and disinfected by us on a daily basis. Guest access - We offer you a parking space in front of the house for your car. You can park your motorcycle or bicycle in the garage. - Behind the house we do have a small (après-ski) barn to sit together. - In winter a ski and boot drying room is at your disposal. This room is shared by all guests of the accommodation. The ski storage room is located in one of our garages and is shared by all guests of the accommodation. - In summer our garden lounge with outdoor kitchen and a view on the beautiful orchard invites you to relax. The fireplace grill and the fire bowl are also available on request. - You are welcome to serve yourself from fresh vegetables and fruits from our greenhouse (depending on season and availability). During your stay Because we ourselves live on the upper floor of the house, we will certainly see each other sometimes and so we do have the opportunity to chat and exchange informations. We will be happy to tell you a lot about the area and give you great excursion tips! Other things to note - There are in total 2 guestrooms in the souterrain. The small kitchen in the hallway and the bathroom are shared by the guests and will be cleaned and disinfected by us on a daily basis. - The local tax of € 2,80 per person (age 15 and up) per night is not included in the price and has to be paid on site. - No worries, fresh bread every day! There is a small bakery nearby the accommodation. - Restaurant "Wilder Mann" directly in town, has a great menu for dinner. -Attention: With the guest card of Tösens, you will ONLY receive reduced ski tickets on the 6, 7 and 13-day ski pass for Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis in winter. - In summer you will receive the free Summercard for the Tyrolean Oberland on arrival - the benefit card for your holiday happiness - with free hiking bus, participation in selected hikes and many other advantages. - In summer we are happy to provide you mountain bikes and bicycles free of charge during your stay. - We ask you to announce the exact number of guests at the time of booking. - We would like to inform you that our accommodation is designed to offer adults a relaxing experience. Therefore we have made the decision not to accept children under the age of 16. It is necessary to guarantee a quiet and relaxing environment for all our adult guests.
