Spacious room with superking bed and en-suite shower room for 2 adults in large, detached, Victorian former manse in the heart of Fortuneswell, Portland. If preferred, we can also set up the room as a twin with two single beds (please give us at least 48 hours notice). The house is close to all amenities, has own private, off-road parking space available on a first come, first served basis, and is also near to 2 free carparks and has great access to public transport. The space Welcome to our bright and spacious double bedroom, flooded with seaside light. It features an en-suite shower room and a supremely comfortable superking size bed (or twin beds if preferred). We've provided tea and coffee making facilities for your convenience, along with complimentary Dorset Tea, Nespresso Coffee, and delicious biscuits. You'll find fluffy white towels and a range of toiletries awaiting you. For your entertainment, we have a 40-inch Smart TV in the room. At Brackenbury House, we take pride in our relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Adorned with eclectic art and a collection of local and natural history books, our space invites you to unwind and immerse yourself in the charm of our surroundings. Guest access You will have a private, spacious double bedroom with superking bed and en-suite shower room. You will also have use of the guest lounge, downstairs boot room and WC and the walled terrace garden at the front of the house where seating and tables are laid out. During your stay We live within the property so can be available if you have any questions. We do not share our family kitchen with guests, however we are happy to provide crockery/cutlery etc for eating on the terrace/picnics. For anything else please just ask and we will try our best to accommodate Other things to note Expressly no smoking at Brackenbury House or on the grounds please. Arrival and Departure The room(s) will be available from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival, and our checkout time is 10:00 am on the day of departure. We have a shy ginger cat called Paxton. She is not allowed in the guest bedrooms. We do not accept any pets or children.
