The Wheel House is cosy getaway sitting in the middle of the Black Down Hills area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. From the private patio you can look across the valley and from the end of the lane views extend across to the sea 15 miles away. With many footpaths accessible from the door you can wander the area. It is a perfect location for a relaxing or active holiday in beautiful Devon. One double bedroom with an available baby’s cot. The space The Wheel House offers and open plan kitchen and living space, a private shower room and a loft bedroom off road parking and a patio with stunning views across the valley. Please note that the property has one double bed and an available cot for a baby if required. Airbnb then lists the cot as a second bed! There is definitely no bed in the living room. Guest access There is free private parking outside the Wheel House. Other things to note The Black Down Hills, Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty is known for its lovely walks, more than 4 footpaths are accessible from the front door. You can also bike or visit some of the beautiful gardens and stately homes in the area. Historic Lyme Regis is only a 1/2 hour drive away and other lovely sea side towns and villages easily accessible. Alternatively you can just sit and enjoy the views from the patio and bask in the peace and quiet of the country side.
