Gollum's Cave (duplex) Now w/late checkout Sundays

Come experience sleeping in a cave without actually roughing it! Located in the back of the Hobbit, the Cave has its own private entrance under the leaf canopied patio. *Please no smoking of any kind in our home or near the door *($250 fine)* You will be greeted by a lantern hanging among the stalactites and vines and a set of stairs leading down into the cave. An indoor gas fireplace, a 50" smart TV, full kitchen, tiled shower, & queen memory foam mattress all guarantees a magical stay! The space Become a cave dweller for the night without giving up an ounce of comfort! With realistic looking stalactites and limestone encrusted boulders, you will truly feel like you are sleeping in a cave. Don't worry though, when designing this space we kept comfort in mind with plush rugs scattered across the painted concrete floors, a gas fireplace, comfortable furniture, a 50" smart tv, a full kitchen, and a brand new memory foam queen size mattress! Even the full bathroom with it's tiled walls still feels like a Cave with it's rain head shower fixture! ** please be aware, if we have guests staying upstairs in the Hobbit you will be able to hear them walking (the hardwood floors can be squeaky). Guest access The backyard is fairly private with a fence around the perimeter, a fire pit, and a dining area on the covered patio with a leaf ceiling surrounded by garden lights. Other things to note Checking out on a Sunday? RELAX!!! We have a late check out time of 3 p.m. on Sundays!! The Cave is located in the basement of The Hobbit so there is a chance you may hear guests in the apartment above. We do ask that guests be respectful regarding noise levels between 10 pm and 7 am You might also note that there is no bedroom door. We did not want to detract from the feeling of a natural cave and beautiful archway so the only door is located on the bathroom.
