The space We built the loft apartment to be super energy efficient, with triple glazed windows and high levels of insulation, so it is really warm and cosy in the winter, with plenty of light and sunshine, as well as beautiful views over the fields, from the large South-Facing windows. It is heated with far infrared panels that when not using energy from the large array of solar pv panels, uses 100% renewable energy from the grid. It has a comfy bed and sofa, fully equipped oak kitchen with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, toaster, large fridge, freezer and plenty of storage. Lovely modern bathroom with large walk-in shower with the latest water saving showerhead. Smart TV and very good wifi. There is a washing machine and clothes airer. The loft has its own access and is completely self-contained with plenty of seating inside and out on the decking - perfect for chilling out and watching the amazing sunsets, or the birds feeding on the decking and our resident sparrows busy with this year's nest.
