This home is located close to town to enjoy dining and shopping experiences but on the outskirts to also enjoy some peace and quiet. Perfect location for a weekend away with family or ideal for extended work stays, traveling nurse or remote work. Dogs welcome! The space Nestled in a small village located in Wilmington, VT, just south of Mt Snow, you’ll find a home on a dead end dirt road that is suited for up to 7 people. The house is just 13 minutes to Mt Snow and 4 minutes to downtown Wilmington for coffee, shops and dining. For those working remotely the home has a strong wifi connect and its surroundings are quiet which makes it perfect for working outside on nice days or setup at the workstation already established inside. Traveling nurses from Brattleboro, Bennington or Greenfield MA can expect a 30 minute drive. Settle in after a day of fun no matter what the season is from summer activities of boating, hiking, fishing, biking to skiing, to snowmobiling and skiing in the winter! Relax after a long day of skiing next to the pellet stove (pellets provided) and views of Haystack when you’re not on the mountain. In the summer, spring and fall months enjoy a fire in the outdoor fire pit with gazing at the stars (wood can be purchased in advance of your stay). A projector in living area can be connected through any streaming apps. There is also a TV in the master bedroom and another tv in the bunk room. The home consists of a mudroom, 3 bedrooms, a bedroom loft with a king bed, bedroom with queen bed and a 3rd bedroom with 3 twin beds (1 single twin and 1 bunkbed), 1 bathroom with full tub, spacious and comfortable living, kitchen and dining space. The unit has a separate external entrance from the downstairs apartment which also hosts a deck with outdoor seating area. Enjoy sitting on the deck looking out into the forest, enjoying the colors of fall or the deep green of the summer. Convenient Moover bus drop off and pickup at the end of the road.
