Bright and airy flat in a period building in an ideal, leafy location! Feel at home in this cosy, newly refurbished flat. The flat is in a great location close to Wimbledon Common, Wimbledon Championships, Wimbledon Station and the shops and pubs in ‘The Village’. Two king bedrooms (one en suite), third bedroom with single bed, family bathroom, open plan kitchen/living/dining room with sonos throughout, large french doors onto a balcony and beautiful private garden below. The space The two large bedrooms have king sized beds which are very comfy and have high quality ‘white company’ linen. There is a third smaller room which has a single bed. Fluffy towels are provided too, to make your stay ultra comfortable! The open plan living space, with large TV, surround speakers and big corner sofa, is the perfect place to kick back and relax after a long walk on the common! Guest access The flat is in a great location with lots of local amenities including cosy traditional pubs, delis, restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Wimbledon Common provides the perfect playground for nature lovers with ancient forests to explore on long walks. Bring wellies! The farmers market is a great place to explore on a Sunday, if you’re lucky you may catch a glimpse of the local Shetland Pony who is taken out for walks from the stables in the village. For those that want to explore further afield, central london is around 30 minuets door to door. There is no off street parking. However, the local government provide passes to park on the roads, which we can share with you at a small additional cost. Other things to note Wherever possible, I am flexible with check in/out times. However, sometimes with back to back bookings, I do require the following check in/out times to ensure there is time for proper care and attention over the housekeeping and laundry.
