Halfway House...Not your typical one.

Located halfway in between the owner's primary residences right off I75 or 127. Within a few minute walk are public access swimming points on Higgins Lake as well within a few miles. A 6 slip boat launch is 1 mile from the property and 1 mile further is the long standing Silver Dollar Bar and and Restaurant. Close to a few small parks and trails for recreation. Cottage is privately situated in a well established neighborhood on 1 acre. Central air and heat. Plenty of parking in private drive. The space Fully equipped kitchen open to a cozy living area. Central air and heat. One bathroom off the main area with shower. Bedroom 1 has 2 sets of bunkbeds, TV and dresser. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have queen beds and TV's. An all window sun porch features a day bed and seating area. The sun porch does not have heating or cooling, however open to the main space. It could be used as an additional sleeping area. Our teenager loves it! Large yard space. Clothesline with pins. Six chairs for use around the outdoor fire pit and a picnic table. Outdoor cedar shake shower. Wood is provided for fires in the covered wood holder, in the backyard. We also have extra towels for the beach! Guest access Ample parking on site in driveway. Good space for trailer parking as well. Neighborhood is quiet and residential on a "dead end" road. Many side streets for walking, biking or cruising in golf cart or orv. Garage/shed onsite is locked and used for owner storage. Other things to note All bedrooms and living room are equipped with smart tv's and Roku TV channels.
