Description

A nature-immersive, no-frills getaway on Ahmedabad’s outskirts where rustic ‘Rural’ tranquility meets modest ‘Urban’ comfort. Cozy homestay, shared pool, and micro-forest vibes — perfect for peaceful outings, birding, stargazing, and life’s raw, unfiltered charm. Not a sophisticated resort, party pad, or secret hideout — raves, poolside ruckus, loud celebrations, décor, music, and alcohol/drugs are strictly off-limits. The space 1 Private Estate 2 Acres of vast biodiversity in Flora & Fauna 3 different villa configurations given on Short Term Rental with a combined hosting capacity of up to 40 Guests (subject to availability and extra charge) Infinite possibilities for a memorable rendezvous with mother nature! Get a break from the daily grind and immerse yourself in the beauty of nature. Take a stroll through our lush gardens, breathe in some fresh air, level up your D3 soaking in the sun on our spacious lawns, or explore the casual hiking trails that surround our property. With ample avenues for outdoor fun, we hope you'll find something exciting to one and all. Our garden is a constantly evolving and diverse ecosystem that provides one-of-a-kind, sensory experience. The colorful plants and foliage, the fragrant flowers, fruits, and leaves, the melodic sounds of birds chirping, leaves rustling, prayer bells at dusk and dawn, the warmth of the sun, the cool breeze, morning mist, chilly winds or serene rains, all contribute to a refreshing experience for everyone. Birdwatching enthusiasts get a chance to observe the fauna including peacocks, parrots, myna, magpie, bulbul, ibis, lapwing, thick-knees, sunbirds, owls and bats that call our property home. For those who enjoy being active, grab the opportunity to explore the surrounding countryside where you might spot tortoise, mongoose, rabbits and even snakes along the farmlands. For a more adventurous experience, our property offers avenues for outdoor camping. You can bring your own professional gear like tents and sleeping bags, or request our crew to provide cots and mosquito nets for a night under the stars. For the foodies, you may try the Gujarati meals prepared by our crew on desi ‘Chulha’, a handcrafted wood-fired stove using traditional methods. You can even join them to observe or participate in the cooking process or test your adaptive skills in making "Rotla" a handmade flat bread. We also offer a swimming pool, with a depth of less than 5 feet, sunken seating for 3 with jet pressure nozzles for massage, a separate kid's pool (depth of 2 feet) for relaxation and fun. At night, take a moment at stargazing and observe stars, planets, satellites and constellations with mobile apps like Star Map, Sky Map, and Skyview. During winters, its soothing to gather around a portable fire-pit and enjoy a bonfire and barbecue, roast some veggies and serve them piping hot. Some of our guests have come up with unique and creative ideas for enhancing their stay, such as renting an inflatable bouncing castle or trampoline for children, setting up a karaoke or projector, bringing a musical instrument, or hiring a solo performer. We are willing to consider any legal and compliant suggestions that align with our house rules and do not cause harm, disturbance, or damage. If you're looking for something more laid back, just relax and unwind by the pool deck, swing, hammock or cots. Some may call it meditation, we call it the Nature’s Trail! We invite you to spend more time outside and experience the charisma that nature has to offer. Let us help you make the most of your time here and leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and ready to take on the world. The Villa: The entire villa is located on the ground floor. Please Note: We are constantly improving and growing in line with our commitment to being an environmentally friendly and self-sustaining family holiday destination. Guest access As a guest, you will have access to the indoors of the specific villa you have booked and its private garden. There are no restrictions on accessing common areas such as the lawns and sit-out areas as long as it doesn't cause discomfort to other guests, owners or neighbours. You are free to move around the entire campus while respecting the privacy of other guests. Access to the swimming pool is limited to guests staying in 4 BHK & the Grande 2 BHK only, which limits the number of users. However, if both villas are not booked together, you may be sharing the pool with others. Guests who are uncomfortable with this arrangement may choose to avoid using the pool. Other things to note We are excited to welcome guests who align with our ethos of being a nature friendly ecosystem and share our passion for authentic and immersive outdoor experiences over confined indoor spaces. We want to be transparent about the fact that we are not a fancy resort with pristine, luxurious, hotel-like accommodation, lavish interiors, round-the-clock room service or a dedicated team for repairs and maintenance. And we have no intention to redefine luxury or hospitality. We are moderately equipped with urban conveniences for a comfortable sleep in a homestay, as our aspirations revolve around being an eco-friendly commune that prioritizes sustainability over aesthetics. Despite high standards of hygiene and cleanliness, living close to nature at a remote location presents unique challenges. The flipside to dense plantation and outdoors is that there would be mud, soil and puddles and it is also a natural habitat for insects, spiders, frogs, lizards, rats and snakes. To keep pests at bay, please keep doors and windows closed at all times. We expect responsible usage of resources as we manage our own water supply, waste disposal and septic tanks. To conserve energy and be kind to the environment, we kindly ask that you turn off the air conditioners, lights, and appliances when not in use. Voltage fluctuation may occasionally cause appliance breakdown, and while we try to fix it on best effort basis, guaranteeing zero downtime is beyond our control. The on-site meal service, operated and managed independently by caretakers, is a non-mandatory, casual recommendation for guests to experience local cuisine prepared using traditional cooking methods on a wood-fired stove called ‘Chulha’. The owners or management are not responsible or liable for the service, quality, hygiene, or continuity of the service. The meal service is encouraged as a convenient option for guests and as a way to incentivize the caretakers for their skills and effort. A minimum of 8 hours’ prior notice and 100% advance payment are required for each meal, as all ingredients are procured on need-to-cook basis. Outside catering is not permitted, but guests are welcome to use the kitchen or order from nearby restaurants using food delivery services such as Zomato or Swiggy. Lastly, ours is a place for solitude and not a hideout. While any suspicious or unlawful activity will be reported to the nearby police station without prior intimation, any chaotic activity or behaviour disturbing the permanent residents in the neighbourhood may have negative consequences for the guests and we bear no responsibility for the repercussions.
