Home in Meridian

This Private Room is nestled in Nice 4 bedroom 2.5 Bath home with yard. All rooms are adjacent and upstairs. No pets, No Smoking , No Drugs, in a very clean neighborhood. Comfortable traditional Queen bed with microwave and mini fridge in the room for your convenience. No Guest use of the main refrigerator in the kitchen as this is the Hosts personal space. The space Open floor plan downstairs with social area, covered front and back patio and gas fireplace. Trash Cans are provided in each room. If you need to empty your room garbage can or need to get rid of more garbage than what your room garbage can will hold there are 2 outside garbage cans with green lids and one recycle can with a red lid on the left side of the house behind the the gate to the left of the house. Please do not use the kitchen garbage can for your extra waste as this is for kitchen waste only. Guest access Laundry room is available between 7am-9pm once per day not cumulative. Guests are allowed to use dishes, silverware, pots & pans, counter top convection oven, toaster (which is in the bottom of the lazy suzan to the right of the range) Keureg coffee maker (you must provide your own coffee & creamer and other food items) & the microwave downstairs as long as these items are cleaned immediately after each use. Additional sink and toilet are downstairs across from the kitchen hosts personal pantry. All guest food items to be kept and stored in their room. Electric counter top griddle and other kitchen appliances like the kitchen aid blender, mixer, and espresso machine are off limits. During your stay Free to message through here or for a more immediate response you can message and/or call after you have booked the room. Other things to note Free Street parking available. Please do not park in front of driveway or in front of vehicles parked on the left side of the driveway as you are looking at it from the front street. This is a through access to park my work truck/trailers. If you need salt, pepper, sugar, or additional seasonings, you are welcome to use what you need in the cupboard to the left of the kitchen microwave. There is also cooking oil above the microwave you can use. All other food items in the refrigerator/pantry as well as food storage baggies/ziplock items in the kitchen are off limits as they are the hosts personal food and storage items.
