Not only for its natural beauty and long stretch if sand, it is peaceful, clean and with very little beach sellers. It has good restaurants, shops, veg stalls, and a very relaxed vibe. This place is located in the north part of mandrem beach. It is very calm and somewhat spacious yet super close to everything you might need such as shops, veg stall, a nice upscale restaurants or local cheap places. Look no further, this place is for you. 🅿️ Parking Information (Important) Mandrem has very limited car parking space, but we’re fortunate that a local taxi park owner Remy has kindly agreed to allow BeachBoho guests to use his private area under certain conditions. Please read carefully before arriving: Owner authorization is essential to park inside. Please contact him in advance so he can confirm your permission and tell you where to park. Only one car per booking is allowed inside the parking area. External rental cars are not permitted, as the owner rents his own cars. No taxis are allowed inside, as the owner operates his own taxi service. Parking is strictly at your own risk. BeachBoho is not responsible for any damage or loss. Unauthorized parking (without prior permission) will be asked to move immediately and will not be allowed to park again. Please park close to the next car to help save space—spots are very limited and subject to availability. The owner uses the area mainly for his taxis, which may need to leave even at night, so never block other vehicles. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation. Local attitudes toward parking can sometimes be strict, so please follow these guidelines carefully to avoid any misunderstandings. Other things to note 🧹 Cleaning Policy Please note that it is not customary worldwide for Airbnb stays to include daily cleaning, as they are generally self-catered accommodations. However, at BeachBoho, we want our guests to feel comfortable, so we offer: One complimentary cleaning (including sheet and towel change) for stays of 6 nights or more. For monthly in-season bookings, one free cleaning per week is included. For stays of 5 nights or less, no complimentary cleaning is provided. Extra cleaning can always be arranged at an additional cost. Please note that during our off-season monsoon months, when we offer special discounted long-term rates, no cleaning service is included. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Season in Goa: Starts slowly around October through November. December starts picking up and Christmas and NYE is peak season. These 2/3 weeks can get quite crowded and prices tend to soar up the roof. February to March is super nice and April drops until May where everything closes down. June to September is off-season and monsoon kicks in. It is also a beautiful time to come and see Goa in its pure form, although there is not much open and expect heavy rain. Weather in Goa: November, October –slightly hot and humid December, January – best weather, great temperature, can even get slightly chilly at night which is great, the only time when you wear a jumper. February, March –bit hot and humid but ok April, May –starts to get more hot and humid June to September –Monsoon.
