The space Located at the end of a wooded cul-de-sac in the far back of a nice and safe neighborhood. Private entrance/foyer leads to another hallway where the guest bedroom and bathroom are. No contact between guests and host, no shared spaces. Your cats and dogs are welcome here, a one time $15 fee per animal. You will have access to the fully fenced 1/2 acre back yard. Dogs can't be left alone, I'm happy to dogsit for a small fee while you go out for a few hours, schedule permitting (I'm mostly available). That includes walks and playing in the yard, feeding, etc. This is a very dog friendly area, they are permitted at most beaches and parks and my small street has cul-de-sacs at both ends, makes for a very nice walk with your pup. Check in time is 3pm or later, check out is 11am. I correspond with guests through Airbnb messaging - please download the Airbnb app and turn on notifications if you haven't already.
