Romantic space/Hot Tub/Dog-Friendly/walk to pubs

Stay at North Hole Farm Holidays in one of two adults only shepherds huts on our farm. With wood-fired hot tub, wet room and kitchenette, situated by a stream, on a farm near Croyde, with field views of our alpacas. Perfect for mini-moons, anniversaries, birthdays or breaks away from the pressures of work or city life. This is glamping at its best, with underfloor heating, log burner, wood fired hot tub & sun loungers. Our location is central to surfing beaches, pretty villages + coast path. The space This romantic retreat offers a luxury get away for two. The surrounding views are stunning and if you’re lucky, you can spot some local wildlife, or watch our mini shetland ponies and alpacas playing in the fields. Living Area Open plan with the kitchen/bedroom area. Furnished with two armchairs and a dining table, wood-burner and a flat screen smart TV. ( own accounts needed for Netflix/amazon prime) Underfloor heating throughout. Kitchen Area Open plan with the living and bedroom areas. A mini oven with gas hob, under-counter fridge with large ice box, a Nespresso coffee machine, a Dualit kettle and toaster and Emma Bridgewater tableware to compliment your morning breakfast in bed. Master Bedroom Open plan with kitchen/living area King size bed with Egyptian cotton bed linen, bedside tables and reading lamps. His and hers wardrobes and hairdryer. Wet room The wet room offers a little extra luxury with bathrobes alongside towels and essential toiletries. Rainfall shower, hand basin, heated towel rail, WC and underfloor heating. Outside The side door of the hut leads out to a decked area where you will find the wood fired hot tub. The hot tub is accompanied by an all important glass and bottle holder allowing you to relax with a few drinks whilst gazing at the stars, after a busy day exploring the local area or having a go at surfing at one of the many local beaches. The double doors at the front of the hut lead out to a decked area which is above a babbling stream. Here you will find table and chairs for two and a charcoal bbq (bring your own charcoal).Outside umbrella provided July/August. Secure garden. Parking for one car. Guest access We have an organic milk vending machine ( plus milkshakes ) and a mini veg shed on farm open to the public and pygmy goats to view ( or sheep/lambs at lambing time) Other things to note *Adults only due to fire regs/insurance* Management charge is to part cover logs/lightings etc used during your stay No smoking/vaping in or within close proximity to hut. Wifi can be unpredictable due to rural location, so streaming may not always be possible in damp weather, but we have starlink, which is pretty good. If you have any problems lighting the wood-burner for the hot tub, feel free to message us and if we’re around, we’re more than happy to help ( lighting a wood-burner is a first for many people so don’t worry about asking for help. No electric vehicle charging onsite- but there’s a charger in Georgeham car park. We allow 1 dog but they must be booked in prior to your arrival and we need to know their breed/ age before accepting them, due to livestock on farm. *Please ensure you have travel insurance prior to your stay* Late checkout fees: 14:00 charged at £40 on sundays, subject to availability and off peak season only. 18:00 charged at £80 on sundays , subject to availability and off peak season only
