Country home in Freedom, near The Lost Kitchen

This charming home is just outside of Freedom Maine, nestled between forest and field on a private 2 acre lot. The space The two level house has an open concept kitchen and dining room, and a small living room (with a fold-out futon couch). The upstairs has two connected bedrooms, each with Queen beds and a refinished bathroom. One bedroom opens directly onto the stairs, and so is not completely private. There is also a newly constructed large enclosed porch with an additional dining space that is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sounds of the forest. One feature to note is that the stairs to the second floor which access the bathroom and bedrooms are quite steep and so the space is unfortunately not ideal for small children or people with mobility limitations. Guest access Parking is available in front of the house. Other things to note The house is located a mile outside the town of Freedom, Maine. A 3 minute drive to the Lost Kitchen restaurant. It is a 25 minute drive to Belfast and 30 minute drive to Waterville and Colby College.
