The Hayloft apartment and Stables Cottage is the ideal place to gather with family and friends. Hayloft has a large open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area for everyone to dine together. Stables Cottage is conveniently located directly below the Hayloft and offers spacious accommodation and has also been designed and modified for those with mobility/accessibility issues. Guest access Guests have full access to the grounds, woodland and farmland walks (dogs must be kept on leads at all times to protect the horses and their riders sharing the same path). There is a shared games barn onsite (open all year round), which has table tennis, pool table and toys for the smaller ones. There is another Games Room with a snooker table, darts board and table tennis, this room can be booked for private sessions. Around the grounds there are swings and climbing frames. During May to September guests may use the outdoor solar and air pump heated pool and Tennis court which is located at the main farm (a short walk of 10 minutes or a 2 minute drive). There is a hardcourt tennis court at south end of the farm, open all year, this is a 1/2 mile walk, available all year but you will need to bring your own rackets and balls. Other things to note Pets are allowed in Stables cottage only.
