The space Set over 2 levels the entrance level contains 2 queen bedrooms with built-ins and luxury bedding, a main bathroom with walk in shower, freestanding bath and vanity, and a separate powder room. From this level you drop down just a few steps into the stunning open plan living space with high ceilings. This sunny living and dining area with floor to ceiling windows, blends perfectly with the large outdoor entertaining space, which is private and captures the sun and leafy views. You can sit and enjoy a BBQ meal and listen to the nearby river and birds, or even the ocean waves. The beautiful well-equipped kitchen is modern with Caesarstone bench tops and a butler’s pantry and caters to all your cooking needs. We invite you to enjoy our home and all it offers. Whilst this is a private use rental with no other occupants during your stay, the master bedroom, and office will be locked.
