Loft in Iron River

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Set in the north woods, 3 miles north of Iron River on the ATV/Snowmobile trails. *15 minutes from Lake Superior. *50 minutes from Bayfield *50 minutes from Duluth. Relax & read a book, hit the trails, or head to the lake. The South Shore area is filled with activities. Kayaking, fishing, hiking, swimming, waterfalls, ATV-UTV-Dirtbike riding and much more. Visit our local breweries, wineries, museums and nature center. The space Built in 2017, The Bunkhouse is located above the detached garage. There are two entrances to the Bunkhouse. A private entrance at the back stairs with private patio, or the stairs through the garage. We (the owners) live on the property, next door. Inside you will find an open concept space with a queen bedroom. The living room area has a double stacked daybed with two twin beds that can be made into one king bed or two separate twin beds(see photo). There is a third twin bed in the cubby area(see photo) *8 foot privacy panel for room separation is included in the bunkhouse for use, if needed* The bathroom layout is unique, to accommodate more than 2 people. One shower room with vanity sink, one toilet room and a second vanity area. All separate from each other. Full kitchen with all you will need to prepare your own meals. Popcorn maker, coffee grinder, air fryer, waffle maker and wok, are a few of the extras not listed. K-cups(various flavors) and ground coffee included in your stay. *We have a fabulous Artesian Spring, always flowing! This water runs throughout all the buildings on the property. NO need for bottled water, drink right from the tap* *Garage is for private use by owners, only. Not available for guests. *Plenty of parking on the premises for trucks and trailers for recreational vehicles. Guest access Bunkhouse Driveway/parking Other things to note *The Bunkhouse is a unique space set up for adults. This is NOT suitable for children under 12 years of age. PLEASE keep this in mind before booking. *Garage not for use by guests * Beds are ONLY made up according to how many guests are listed on the reservation. PLEASE let us know at least a week in advance which beds you would like to use during your stay. If we do not receive notification from you, we will choose which beds to set up with linens, for you.
