OPS Manor has many stores, shopping malls, restaurants,family-friendly activities & 15 minutes from downtown Dallas. Guest can experience nightlife, the arts and many other events with convenience.The Dallas Zoo is 8 miles in route to downtown. DFW International airport is a quick 35 minute drive. AT&T Dallas Cowboys Stadium 20 minutes. Winter Wonder Parks or Summer fun at Six Flags of Texas. Beautiful Retreat,Gathering,Small Weddings. Enjoy our home for its privacy ,space,& convenient location. The space Our property is backed by a beautiful creek which gives it more privacy with an additional private fenced in the backyard. The swimming pool is large enough for family fun, and the outdoor fireplace provides a nice gathering space for friends. Home sleeps 19 plus. You are able to see the stars and enjoy quiet evenings from the backyard. The two goal basketball court is a plus! Our home is the perfect place for friends and family to enjoy together! There is also a security camera by the front door because we value the safety of our guest. Guest access Guest have access to the entire house with the exception of private closet space, and garage. The detached garage is private and separate ,is not a part of the Airbnb.Please do not block the detached garage apartment driveway, nor drive on front yard grass by front entrance and home due to sprinkler system. Thank you and we look forward to having you as our guest! Other things to note Family fun and gathering,small wedding,dinners, reunions or friends retreat. Great for pictures or photo shoots . Please enjoy your stay. Making pleasurable memories is our goal. The limit of people that can spend the night is 16 and if you have extra guests that want to come to gather there will be a $20 fee per adult and 10 for children age 2 through 12 . The limit will be 20 extra guests for your gathering, and 1. once booked, and 2. you have a headcount then 3. let me know number and age of Guest and also the timeframe . This can be paid through Airbnb..Example, when you booked 16 guests,if there is 20 more adult guests that would be an extra $400 (20 adult guests x $20 ) The car limit is 10 but 15 cars would be the maximum . All cars must be parked inside the property and not on the street ;parked as to not block the detects garage as it is not a part of Airbnb ; no parking on the grass near the house. Please park on the circular driveway or cement and then you can park between the circle Drive and the street on that grass..Thank you for observing and following these house rules.
