House between Lake and Mountains

At the foot of the mountains and close to Lake Annecy, come and enjoy the calm of a small village in Haute-Savoie, with all the comforts of a recent and functional house. The covered terrace, equipped with a summer kitchen, allows you to spend most of your time outside during the sunny days! The space The house is new and consists of a living room on the ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room and the living room, a bedroom equipped with a double bed, and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs, two bedrooms will be at your disposal, including one bedroom with a queen size bed, and one bedroom with a double bed. Two single mattresses are available for guests, and each of the rooms has enough space to install them wherever they wish. Bathroom with spa bath and toilet are also available on this floor. Outside, the 500 m2 garden is fully fenced and includes two terraces, one of which is sheltered, to enjoy the sun all day. The garden is designed for children's enjoyment with a swing, a hut and a small self-supporting pool to cool off. Maybe you'll be lucky enough to have some vegetables from our little vegetable garden during the summer! For the winter, we have a shelter for your vehicle (not closed). (!) The cleaning is to be done at the end of the stay by the tenants. Other things to note Beforehand, you will be in contact with Sophie, and she will welcome you upon arrival. She lives right next door and will take care of your departures and arrivals. She will be at your disposal if you need anything during your stay.
