Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment. Other things to note We recommend travel insurance be purchased to protect your trip. If you need any recommendations, we would be happy to provide that. The apartment has a 55-inch smart TV - no channels included, only streaming. Enjoy free prime video on me - no extra video purchases are included. Please note that the apartment is located in a complex; therefore, there is potential for noise. Parking is on a surface lot and is first come first serve. There is also parallel parking right outside of the building and complex. Long-term stays are welcome. However, a criminal background check will be required for guests staying longer than 13 days. There is an additional $15 fee. After booking, provide email address and I will send the details over. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $100 per stay.
