Welcome to The Holbrook House — a peaceful lakefront retreat on beautiful Lake Holbrook. Relax by the pool, gather around the firepit, grill on the BBQ, or spend the day fishing and boating with the public boat ramp just off the property. The newly remodeled home (2026) features 4 bedrooms with an optional 5th, outdoor seating across the one-acre yard, brand-new high-speed WiFi, and two 3 bathrooms. Just 5 minutes to downtown Mineola and 25 minutes to Canton Trade Days. We hope you’ll love it. The space We remodeled the home in 2026 with a modern lake house design in mind. You will find plenty of space to relax and unwind between the spacious living room, bonus family room and kitchen area. Take in a good book in the reading nook or get out town while you work remotely using the WiFi and work area. Our favorite spot for coffee in the mornings is sitting on one of the 2 patios, watching the sun rise over the lake. With four well appointed bedrooms, you'll have a great night's sleep after you've hit the pool or lake. Guest access Ample parking directly in front of the home. All areas are accessible for guests, with the exception of the garage and supply closets. Other things to note We ask for no parties, please. Kindly remove shoes in the home. No smoking or tobacco products allowed. Follow all burn bans and laws.
