The space Cute and spacious newly renovated 800 sq ft 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment located on the first floor of a 2-story home minutes to Haleiwa Town and one block to Aweoweo Beach Park and the well-known Waialua Bike Path. Enjoy your own spacious apartment that feels like home with a private entrance, private patio, and outdoor shower. We love to give our guests privacy, but also are more than happy to make recommendations on activities, places to eat, and favorite local spots. We provide beach towels, your own dedicated washer and dryer, beach gear (snorkels, body board, umbrellas, chairs, Wavestorm surf board, and surfboard racks for your car). We have ample towels for your use, fully stocked kitchen supplies, and a handy Welcome Guide that will tell you everything you need to know about the area and how to fully take advantage of your time on the infamous North Shore! There is ample street parking in a safe, family friendly neighborhood. We live on the top floor of the home, and have three children and a friendly dog. This rental is perfect for you if you don't mind hearing us laughing, playing and walking (or our children occasionally running) upstairs. There is a split Air Conditioning unit in the living room and the bedrooms have ample fans to keep the apartment cool. Guest access This spot is walking distance to a swimmable beach (Aweoweo Beach Park), perfect for kids as there is a playground, basketball court, and jungle gym. Ample street parking and the neighborhood is family-friendly and safe. There is close access to a bike path/jogging path that leads directly to Haleiwa town and the iconic Waialua Sugar Mill where you can find coffee, a Saturday Farmer's Market, new restaurants and shops. Other things to note We strive to provide everything you need to make your stay relaxing, enjoyable, and filled with little luxuries that make you feel right at home. If there is anything we can do to help you enjoy your stay even just a little more, we are happy to do so!
